A First for Social Housing
Domea.dk is the first Danish social housing administration and advisory company to apply Living Places principles in new developments. The initial project will deliver 40 new homes in South Zealand for Domea Faxe, designed to combine low CO₂ emissions, long-lasting materials, and a healthy indoor climate.
The ambition is to create homes that are:
- Environmentally sustainable: Lower carbon footprint and resource-conscious design
- Socially sustainable: Spaces that encourage community and inclusivity
- Affordable: Scalable solutions for the broader population
