VELUX Group and Domea.dk have partnered to introduce Living Places principles into Denmark’s social housing sector. This collaboration aims to make sustainable, healthy homes accessible to more people while fostering strong communities.
A First for Social Housing
Domea.dk is the first Danish social housing administration and advisory company to apply Living Places principles in new developments. The initial project will deliver 40 new homes in South Zealand for Domea Faxe, designed to combine low CO₂ emissions, long-lasting materials, and a healthy indoor climate.
